Façade originally comes from a French language which means frontage or face. Therefore, façade typically represent the front side exterior building, but not always. Also, a façade is the most important aspect of architecture design standpoint, it build the first impression and creating perspective to the building. That is why i am not using the word façade as the front exterior wall in this article, rather the most impressive exterior side. Related to this picture of Schillerstrabe high school, consider this is one of façade design ideas. Following the modern architectural experiments, a peculiar landmark is not a very big deal. An interesting style with philosophic style often become the main reason of this three dimensional concrete structure. A crinkled wall catching everyone’s attention by being a part of perfectly plain surface modern building. The mastermind behind the crinkled wall is Wiesflecker Architecture together with Austrian artist, Karl-Heinz Klopf.
